Chef Emmanuel Friedmann pulls out all the stops to produce top-notch cuisine, helped by his real flair and his ambitious team. Whether it is regional or Mediterranean, plain or fanciful - everything here is home-made and all creations are prepared using fresh, seasonal, healthy ingredients.

The menu offers a range of traditional and creative, exquisite and simple dishes to suit all tastes. The range is constantly expanded and adapted.

And, of course, we welcome special culinary requests. We will do everything we can to fulfil them for you.

We also set great store by our excellent selection of wines. Our well-organised wine cellar houses the perfect drop to complement any of our dishes.
